As the CEO and Founder of Digitech Services, he has built a company that delivers innovative, value-driven IT solutions to Fortune and Global 1000 corporations, transforming businesses into modern digital enterprises.

Guided by his commitment to Servant Leadership, Dr. Skaria believes that clarity of purpose and exceeding stakeholder expectations are the cornerstones of business success. His extensive experience in strategic large deals, technology consulting, global delivery, P&L management, innovation, and business operations has enabled him to create a thriving ecosystem of customers, partners, and service professionals worldwide.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Dr. Skaria is deeply invested in philanthropy and education. He is the Chairman and CEO of The Skaria Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to community empowerment. He also serves on the Board of the Hope Foundation, which supports young girls in underserved communities in India through education, employment, and entrepreneurship initiatives. Additionally, he contributes as an Executive Advisor to the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Dr. Mohan Ananda is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and executive with a distinguished career spanning technology, business strategy, and capital markets. He is the CEO of Ananda Enterprises, Inc., a California-based firm providing consulting services in technology, management, intellectual property, international marketing, and capital raising.

Dr. Ananda currently serves as Chairman of Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. and previously held the role of Chairman and CEO of Innovative International Acquisition Corp. He is widely recognized for his tenure as Chairman and CEO of Stamps.com, where he led the company through its successful IPO and eventual $6.6 billion acquisition by Thoma Bravo.

A pioneering force in healthcare technology, Dr. Ananda is the founding Chairman and Executive Chairman of SecondOpinionExpert, Inc., a company offering global telemedicine and healthcare services. He also serves as Executive Chairman of Innovation Endeavors Pvt. Ltd., focusing on business and technology solutions, and IGDS Technologies Pvt. Ltd., specializing in product engineering, business consulting, mobile technology, and business process automation.

Dr. Ananda has a proven track record in taking companies public, having successfully led Envestnet (NYSE) and JAB Ventures (London Stock Exchange) to IPOs. His academic credentials include an engineering degree, an MS in Aeronautics from Caltech, a PhD in AstroDynamics from UCLA, and a JD degree. He is also a member of the California Bar.

Dr. Raghu Santanam is a distinguished academic and industry leader serving as the Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education, Corporate Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning at the W. P. Carey School of Business. He holds the McCord Endowed Chair of Business and is a Professor in the Department of Information Systems. A key driver of workforce innovation, he leads AZNext, Arizona State University’s workforce accelerator program funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Dr. Santanam’s research expertise spans analytics, augmented intelligence, and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on the evolving intersection of technology and business. He recently guest-edited a special issue of Information Systems Research titled “Humans, Algorithms, and Augmented Intelligence: The Future of Work, Organizations, and Society.”

Beyond academia, Dr. Santanam is actively engaged in community and industry leadership. He serves on the Governing Body of the Evanta CISO/CIO Executive Summit, the Phoenix Workforce and Business Development Board, and the AZ Tech Council’s public policy committee. Additionally, he is part of the leadership team for the Southwest Sustainability Innovation Engine (SWSIE), an NSF-funded Regional Innovation Engine led by Arizona State University.

Dr Raghu Santanam

Bharat is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation across the defense and consumer goods industries. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of The Aerospace Corporation and is actively engaged in two non-profit boards focused on technology standards and governance. Since July 2021, he has been a key member of the American Heart Association’s (AHA) National Corporate Operations Coordinating Committee.

Bharat retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) in March 2023, after leading the company’s technology strategy since 2020. He played a pivotal role as liaison to HII’s Cybersecurity Committee, developing its charter and strategic direction while overseeing a multimillion-dollar technology budget and leading cybersecurity and IT services across multiple divisions.

Currently a Distinguished Fellow at Avasant and Executive Advisor to Digitech Services, Bharat co-chairs Avasant’s Distinguished Fellow Program. He is NACD Directorship Certified® and actively contributes to the AsianUpward Advisory Board and the SASE Executive Leadership Group. His past leadership roles include Chair of the Global SAP Aerospace & Defense Industry Advisory Council and membership on the Verizon Innovation Council.

With deep expertise in business transformation, digital strategy, technology governance, cybersecurity risk management, and strategic planning, Bharat has led major initiatives at Newport News Shipbuilding, BAE Systems Inc., and Electrolux Group North America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s in industrial engineering, and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University.
